Strings Resources Play Incorrectly

When you have viewed strings resources online and in the Downloaded Lesson Manager, you will have noticed some significant intonation problems. This was connected to problems with the soundfont we use for playback.

We have now corrected these problems and have a new soundfont available.

To update the soundfont for your downloaded lessons, download this lesson and import it into your Downloaded Lesson Manager in the usual way.

Once the lesson is imported, close the lesson manager, restart it, and then view the lesson called "Strings soundfont update". Your soundfont will then be updated.

If you are simply viewing strings resources online, you will be prompted to download a new soundfont. Choose the large soundfont and it will update automatically.
