My Workspace
Introduction
Any Lessons that you have created yourself or copied from the Core Curriculum page will be shown in your Workspace. From here you can edit, delete and organise your Lessons, as well as setting Student Access options.
Using Your Workspace
1) Browsing Categories
To access your Workspace, click the "My Workspace" icon at the top of the screen. Your Lessons are shown in categories across the top of your Workspace. You can add Lessons to categories to keep them organised.
All Lessons: This is a collection of all the lessons you've personally created, plus any pre-made lessons you have added to your Workspace.
My Lessons: These are just the lessons which you have created. You can edit the contents of any of your own lessons.
Core Curriculum Lessons: These are the lessons which you've copied from the Core Curriculum area. To add Core Curriculum Lessons, click the "Add to My Workspace" button on the Lesson page. You can then edit these Lessons as you would one of your own.
My Downloaded Lessons: Lessons that you've downloaded and imported into your Lesson Viewer are listed here. This list is updated when you run your Lesson Viewer and an internet connection is present.
2) Creating Categories
You can also create new categories by clicking the "Add a New Category" button. Categories that you have created are shown above Lessons in your Workspace. When you create a new category you can customize its appearance and add any relevant Lessons using the editor that opens.
Adding Lessons to Your Workspace
1) Adding Lessons from Modules
You can add pre-made Lessons to your Workspace, enabling you to find them quickly if you wish to view them again.
To add a Lesson from the Modules page, first choose the Module you wish to view and click "Launch this Module.". Click the i icon to view the Lesson contents, then click "Add to My Workspace". This Lesson will now be available from your Workspace.
2) Adding Lessons from the Core Curriculum:
When you click on a Lesson title in Core Curriculum you will be presented with several options underneath the Lesson summary on the right-hand side of the page. Click "Add to My Workspace" to add it to your workspace.
